To ensure you get the best quality of care for your employees or occupational health needs, we are DOT certified for drug and alcohol testing. All our providers are registered with the DOT registry.

Schedule your employee’s appointment with our “Book Appointment” button above. This link will allow you to book your visit ahead of time and expedite processing. It can be accessed through this website or a Solv app (available through Google Play or the Apple App Store).
